The course emphasizes participatory approaches that strengthen group cohesion, promote inclusivity, and support sustainable community development.
Learners will gain practical experience in facilitating group processes, coordinating activities, managing group dynamics, and ensuring that records and reports are accurate and useful for decision-making. By the end of the course learners will be able to support community groups in achieving their goals in a structured, accountable and collaborative manner.
